Marc H. Miner has worked as a personal injury attorney at Zalman Schnurman & Miner P.C. since 1990, becoming a managing partner in 2011. As a seasoned expert in personal injury law, Marc is passionate about obtaining compensation for those injured due to the negligence of others.
Marc personally represents injured parties from intake to settlement, trial, and appeal for all types of accident cases — from automobile to medical malpractice. His expertise has led to published articles in the New York State Law Journal and the New York State Bar Association’s Torts, Insurance & Compensation Journal, among other publications, and he’s been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Reuters.
Marc graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and Brooklyn Law School with a JD in Law. He’s volunteered as a Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America and has served on the organization’s Risk Management Committee.
Marc is married to Tara who is an attorney. They have two children. Their son Zachary, also an attorney, joined the firm in January of 2023.
