Practice Areas: Personal Injury, Negligence, Insurance LitigationMarc H. Miner - Manhattan Accident Lawyer.  During my 20 years in practice I have concentrated my efforts in working to obtain compensation for people who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. I believe in treating each client as an individual with individual needs and unique story. No two cases are alike and each case requires the necessary preparation and attention to achieve the maximum recovery.

As a result of my experience I am able to call upon a wide network of experts in various fields to provide advice and expertise where necessary. Further, I have the respect and trust of many colleagues in the legal community who I deal with on a regular and reoccurring basis. Many cases can be resolved based upon the strength of the preparation of the case and the relationships and respect of the parties involved.
