Carlos is a 20 year veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm setting up legal processes and the first Air Force law office in the region. He worked for the Air Force Legal Department and Inspector General Team while in the Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force he has worked for civil practice law firms in Florida and New York, and has been with Zalman Schnurman & Miner PC since 2015. Born in Ecuador. Carlos is Bilingual in English and Spanish.
